What is GJW+?

GJW+ is a premium streaming service from Gan Jing World, offering more than 10,000 movies, documentaries, TV shows, and safe Gan Jing Kids content. Members watch on the GJW+ platform; titles marked "Buy or Rent" require a separate purchase.

What Gan Jing World subscription plans are available?

Gan Jing World offers three individual plans, each with monthly or yearly billing: GJW+ Basic, GJW+ Gold (No Ads), and Ad-Free. GJW+ Basic includes unlimited premium movies, documentaries and TV shows, Originals you won't find anywhere else, and full access to Gan Jing Kids; GJW+ Gold (No Ads) adds ad-free viewing across the entire platform. Ad-Free removes video ads only and does not include members-only movies and shows in GJW+ and Gan Jing Kids. Premium Business Basic, Plus, and Pro are offered separately for channels and organizations.

How to subscribe to GJW+?

Go to www.ganjingworld.com/premium/gjwplus, choose GJW+ Basic or GJW+ Gold (No Ads) on monthly or yearly billing, click "Continue", then fill in your payment details and click "Subscribe Now". You can also subscribe inside the Gan Jing World iOS app, which is billed through the Apple App Store.

How to watch GJW+?

Sign in at www.ganjingworld.com with the same account and sign-in method you used to subscribe, open ganjingworld.com/gjwplus, and press play — titles marked Premium play with your subscription. Gan Jing Kids is at ganjingworld.com/gjwplus/kids, and the same works in the Gan Jing World mobile app.

How to watch GJW+ movies on your TV?

Watch GJW+ movies on the big screen with a smart TV, a streaming device, or just an HDMI cable: install the Gan Jing World app on Chromecast with Google TV, Roku, or Amazon Fire TV and sign in; cast from the mobile app to an older Chromecast; or connect your device to the TV with an HDMI cable and play from the website.

How do billing and payments work?

Gan Jing World subscriptions are prepaid and renew automatically — your billing cycle is monthly or yearly depending on the plan you picked, and the payment method on file is charged on the first day of each billing cycle until you cancel. Payments on the website are handled by Gan Jing World's payment provider and charged in US dollars. Your next billing date is shown on the Purchases & Subscriptions page.

How to manage subscriptions and purchases?

Go to www.ganjingworld.com/me/premium_subscription and sign in, or click your account photo and select "Memberships & Purchases". The Purchases & Subscriptions page has tabs for Subscriptions, Channel Memberships, Gifts, Cheer Gifts, Purchases, Your Support and Payments & Settings — cancel or resume a plan on the Subscriptions tab, and update your card from Payments & Settings, which opens the billing portal.

How to change or upgrade your plan?

Sign in with your subscription account, open https://www.ganjingworld.com/premium/gjwplus, and click "Change plan" under the plan you want. The button only appears for a plan that costs the same or more than your current one — downgrading is not supported, so to move to a cheaper plan you cancel the current one and subscribe again after it expires.

Why can't I watch paid content after subscribing?

The most common cause is being signed in to a different account — or with a different sign-in method — than the one used to purchase. A subscription applies solely to the purchasing account, so sign out and sign back in with the exact account you used when you subscribed. Also check that your plan actually includes the content you are trying to watch.

Subscriptions billed through Apple

Subscriptions started inside the iOS app are billed by Apple through your Apple account, and are managed, canceled, and refunded through Apple — not through Gan Jing World. Subscriptions started inside the Android app are billed like website purchases and managed on Purchases & Subscriptions.

How to cancel GJW+?

Sign in with the same account you used to purchase the subscription, click your avatar in the upper right corner, select "Purchases & Subscriptions", find your plan on the Subscriptions tab, and click "Cancel Subscription". Confirm on the cancellation page that opens. Your membership continues until the current term expires. Subscriptions billed by Apple must be canceled in Apple's subscription settings.

What happens when you cancel GJW+?

Canceling stops future charges only — you keep full member access until the end of the current billing period you already paid for, then the subscription simply expires. There are no refunds or credits for remaining days, and your account, collections, and purchased movies are not affected.

How to resume a canceled subscription?

Sign in to your subscription account, click your avatar in the upper right corner, select "Purchases & Subscriptions", open the "Subscriptions" tab, and click "Resume Subscription" on the canceled plan, then confirm with "Reactivate". This works while your current subscription term is still active; after it expires, simply subscribe again.

What is the GJW+ refund policy?

Under the Paid Service Terms, all payments for Paid Services are final and not refundable or exchangeable, except where the Paid Service is defective or a refund is required by applicable law. No refunds or credits are given for unused or partially used subscription time. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
