How to watch GJW+?

Sign in on the website
Go to www.ganjingworld.com and sign in with the SAME account and sign-in method (email and password, phone number, Google, or Apple) you used when you subscribed — your purchase applies solely to the account you were using when you bought it.

Open the GJW+ section
Click "GJW+" in the left menu, or go to ganjingworld.com/gjwplus, to enter the streaming section. For children's content, open ganjingworld.com/gjwplus/kids.

Browse movies and shows
Browse the GJW+ catalogue and pick a title. Titles marked Premium are included with your subscription; there is also a free area you can watch without one.

Press play
Start playback — Premium titles play with your subscription, and the movie or show starts on your screen.
Watching GJW+ movies and shows requires GJW+ Basic or GJW+ Gold (No Ads). The Ad-Free plan removes video ads only and does not include GJW+ or Gan Jing Kids movies and shows — see "What Gan Jing World subscription plans are available" for a comparison.
Watching in the mobile app#
- Install the Gan Jing World app — from the App Store on iOS, or via the Android APK download on Android.
- Sign in with the same account you used to subscribe.
- Open the GJW+ section in the app and press play on the movie or show you want to watch.
Watching on a TV#
You can watch GJW+ movies on the big screen with the Gan Jing World Android TV app, by casting from the mobile app, or with an HDMI cable. See "How to watch GJW+ movies on your TV" for step-by-step instructions for each device.
"Buy or Rent" titles#
Some titles are marked "Buy or Rent". These are separate purchases and are NOT included in any GJW Premium plan — if a movie shows a Buy or Rent button instead of playing with your subscription, it belongs to this group.

If content appears locked or you still see ads#
The most common cause is being signed in to a different account — or with a different sign-in method — than the one used to subscribe, or being on a plan that does not include the content.
- Sign out and sign back in with the exact account you used at purchase.
- Check your active plan on the "Purchases & Subscriptions" page (ganjingworld.com/me/premium_subscription) under the "Subscriptions" tab.

Remember that the video ad-free experience only comes with GJW+ Gold (No Ads) or the Ad-Free plan. On GJW+ Basic you get all the GJW+ content, but video ads still appear.
