How to view your purchases and receipts?
- 1
Sign in to the right account
In a web browser, go to https://www.ganjingworld.com/ and sign in with the account (email address or phone number) you used to make the purchase. Records are tied to that account and will not show up under any other.
- 2
Open Purchases & Subscriptions
Click the Avatar icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select "Purchases & Subscriptions" from the drop-down menu.
- 3
Choose the relevant tab
Use "Subscriptions" for your GJW Premium plans, "Channel Memberships" for memberships to creators, "Purchases" for one-time purchases and rentals, "Gifts" for gift subscriptions, "Cheer Gifts" for livestream cheer gifts, and "Your Support" for donations.
- 4
Check the plan details
On the "Subscriptions" tab, a plan under "Current Subscriptions" shows its status, plan price, "Billing cycle" and "Next billing date". Plans that have already ended appear under "Expired Subscriptions", where "Show Details" reveals the billing cycle and expiry date.
- 5
Download an invoice
Each plan card has an "Invoices" section listing paid invoices with amount and date. Click the download icon next to an invoice to open it, and use "Show more" if you need older invoices than the three shown by default.
Where each record lives#
- Subscriptions tab — GJW Premium plans, split into Current and Expired, each with an Invoices list you can download from
- Channel Memberships tab — memberships to creators' channels, also with an Invoices list
- Purchases tab — one-time purchases and rentals, marked Purchased or Rented
- Gifts tab — gift subscriptions you bought, with recipient and status
- Cheer Gifts tab — cheer gifts sent during livestreams
- Your Support tab — donations to Gan Jing World
Invoice amounts are shown in USD, because charges on the website are made in US dollars. The figure on your bank statement may differ slightly after currency conversion and any foreign transaction fee.
If a subscription you paid for is missing, the account is almost always the cause. Check whether you signed up with a phone number rather than an email address, or with a different email than the one you are signed in with now.
