Account registration FAQ
You can create a Gan Jing World account with your phone number, your Google account, your Apple ID, or an email address plus a password — pick a method and click "Continue" to complete registration. Google and Apple sign-ups need no password.
Gan Jing World offers several ways to register: "Continue with Phone Number", "Continue with Google" (uses your Gmail, no password needed), "Continue with Apple" (uses your Apple ID, no password needed), or signing up with your preferred email address and setting a password. After selecting a method, click "Continue" to complete the registration process. To confirm your registration succeeded, log in and click your avatar in the upper-right corner — seeing "Creator Studio" and "Subscription & Purchases" in the menu means your account is fully set up.
Ways to create an account#
- Continue with Phone Number — create a GJW account using your phone number.
- Continue with Google — create a GJW account using your Gmail; no need to set a password.
- Continue with Apple — create a GJW account using your Apple ID; no need to set a password.
- Sign up with your preferred email address and set a password.
After selecting your preferred method, click "Continue" to complete the registration process.
Choosing an email address#
To ensure a smooth experience, a Gmail address is recommended when registering an account. Occasionally, mail.com addresses may be flagged by the system as unverified, which could lead to login or verification issues.
Accounts registered with a phone number#
The system does not currently support adding an email address to an account registered with a phone number. If no purchases have been made on the account, you can create a new account using your preferred email address — but content from your previous channel cannot be transferred to the new account.
How to confirm your registration is complete#
Log in to your account. Once logged in, you will see your avatar icon at the upper-right corner of the page. Clicking the avatar opens a menu that includes "Creator Studio" and "Subscription & Purchases" — seeing these options confirms your account is fully set up and ready to use.
Creating an additional account#
To sign up for another account, sign out of your existing GJW account, then register again using a different email address or a different Google or Apple account from the one you used for your current account.
