How to sign in to your Gan Jing World account?
Click "Sign in" in the top-right corner of ganjingworld.com to open the "Sign In or Sign Up" window, then use the same method you registered with: "Continue with Google", "Continue with Apple", "Continue with Phone Number", or your email address and "Continue". For an email or phone account, enter your password and click "Sign In".
Signing in and signing up share one window on Gan Jing World. Click the "Sign in" button in the top-right corner of ganjingworld.com, and in the "Sign In or Sign Up" window choose the method you used when you created your account: "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" (no password needed), "Continue with Phone Number", or enter your email address and click "Continue". For email and phone accounts, enter your password on the next screen and click "Sign In" — or click "Forgot password?" if you don't remember it. Use the same method every time: each sign-in method can be a separate account, so signing in another way may open a different account.
- 1
Open the sign-in window
On ganjingworld.com, click the blue "Sign in" button in the top-right corner of the page. A window titled "Sign In or Sign Up" opens — signing in and signing up use the same window.
- 2
Choose the method you signed up with
Click "Continue with Google", "Continue with Apple", or "Continue with Phone Number" — or type your email address under "Enter your email to get started" and click "Continue". For a phone number, choose your country code, enter your number, and click "Continue". Use the same method you used to create the account: each sign-in method can be a separate account.
- 3
Enter your password (email or phone)
If you continued with your email or phone number, the "Sign In" screen asks for your password. Enter it and click "Sign In". If you've forgotten it, click "Forgot password?" — or, for an email account, click "Login without password" to get a one-time login link by email. Google and Apple sign-ins need no password, so they skip this step.
- 4
Check that you're signed in
Once you're signed in, your avatar appears in the upper-right corner of the page. Click it to open your account menu.
Use the same method you signed up with#
Each sign-in method — email and password, "Continue with Google", "Continue with Apple", or phone number — can create a separate Gan Jing World account, and so can each email address. If you sign in a different way from the one you registered with, you may end up in a different account that doesn't show your subscriptions or channel.
Accounts created with "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" have no password. Always sign in with the same button you used to register.
Signing in with your email#
After you enter your email address and click "Continue", what you see next depends on the account:
- Account with a password: the "Sign In" screen opens. Enter your password and click "Sign In". "Remember me" is ticked by default.
- Account without a password: Gan Jing World emails you a one-time login link instead. Click the link in that email to sign in.
- No account for that email yet: Gan Jing World starts a new sign-up and sends a verification code. If you meant to sign in, go back and try the email address or method you registered with.
Signing in with your phone number#
Click "Continue with Phone Number", choose your country code from the list, enter your phone number, and click "Continue". If the number belongs to an account, enter its password on the "Sign In" screen and click "Sign In".
Signing in on the mobile app#
Accounts registered with an email address, Google, or Apple can be used on different computers and devices, so you can sign in to the same account in the Gan Jing World app — again with the method you registered with. A passwordless account works only on the computer where it was created. If signing in fails in the app, update it to the latest version first.
Having trouble?#
If you can't sign in, see How to fix login issues. If you've forgotten your password, see How to reset your password. For more about each sign-in option, passwordless accounts, and switching between accounts, see Sign-in methods and passwordless accounts.
