What payment methods are supported?
Checkout on the website takes credit and debit cards, and subscription checkout also offers an additional payment option. Payments are processed by Gan Jing World's payment provider and charged in US dollars. Cards issued in mainland China are not supported, and purchases are only available in the regions Gan Jing World sells in.
How to view your purchases and receipts?
Sign in, click your Avatar, and select "Purchases & Subscriptions". The "Subscriptions" tab lists your GJW Premium plans, and each plan card has an "Invoices" section with the amount and date of every paid invoice plus a download link. Other tabs cover channel memberships, one-time purchases and rentals, gifts and donations.
Why can't I find my subscription?
If you are being charged but your account shows no subscription, you are almost always signed in to a different account than the one that subscribed. Search your email inboxes for "Your receipt from Ganjingworld Corporation" to find the purchasing account, then sign in with that email and its original sign-in method to manage or cancel the plan.
