How to report contents?
Sign in, click "Report" under the video — the flag icon + Report text while it plays, or the three-dots menu when it isn't playing — select the most accurate reason, click "Next", add any details in the text box, and submit. Articles and Shorts have the same Report option in their menus; comments can currently be reported only in the GJW app.
Any signed-in user can report content. For videos, the Report button is placed right under the video player on the right side: while a video is playing, click the flag icon + "Report" text; when it isn't playing, hover over the video and use the three-dots (kebab) menu. In the pop-up window, select the most accurate reason — for example "Spam or misinformation" for misleading content or "Infringes my rights" for copyright issues — click "Next", add any additional information in the text box, and submit. The relevant department receives and processes every report. Articles are reported from the sticky menu on the right, and Shorts from the three-dots (meatball) menu. Reporting comments is currently available only in the GJW app: tap the three dots next to the comment and choose "Report Comment".
Reporting Videos#

Sign in and open the content
Sign in to your Gan Jing World account and open the video you want to report — the Report button is placed right under the video player, on the right side.

Click "Report"
While the video is playing, click the flag icon + "Report" text; if the video is not playing, hover over it, click the kebab menu (three vertical dots), and select "Report".

Choose a reason
In the pop-up window, select the most accurate reason — for example "Spam or misinformation" or "Infringes my rights" — and click "Next".

Add details and submit
Provide any additional information in the text box (optional, but it helps the review), then click Submit.

What happens next
The relevant department receives and processes your report, reviews the content, and takes the necessary action based on your submission.
Reporting Articles#
- Click the sticky menu on the right side of the article and select Report, then choose a reason and submit.
Reporting Shorts#
- Click the meatball menu (three horizontal dots), select Report, choose a reason, and submit.
Reporting Comments (app only)#
- Reporting comments is currently available in the GJW app only, not on the website.
- In the app, tap the three dots next to the comment, tap "Report Comment", and select the relevant problem to be reported.
Completing a Report#
- Select a Reason – Always pick the most accurate reason.
- Add Details (Optional) – Include extra context if helpful.
- Submit – Click Submit to send the report for moderation.
