Ingredients for biscuit base (26 cm):
8 eggs (gr. m)
16 g vanilla sugar
25 g cornstarch
240 g sugar
240 g of wheat flour

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350°F) above and below without convection on the average rack for about 40-45 minutes.
