When the weather is hot, I love eating refreshing dishes. Kimbap is perfect for this occasion. It’s also great to pack it into a bento box as a meal. This time, I made kimbap with a richer and fuller filling, allowing for more vegetables and making it more nutritious. Oh, be sure to try to add some pineapple — it’s incredibly refreshing and appetizing!
天气热的时候真的就爱吃这种清爽料理,紫菜包饭真的非常合适了,做好装入便当盒当作便当也非常合适,这次我做了这种馅料更丰富饱满的紫菜包饭,可以装更多种类的蔬菜,营养也更丰富,对了!一定要试试加点菠萝进去,真的特别清新又开胃!
Ingredients/食材:
海苔 3张 3 Sheets of Nori (seaweed)
米饭 1碗 1 Bowl of Rice
红萝卜 1根 1 Red Radish
胡萝卜 1根 1 Carrot
黄瓜 半根 Half a Cucumber
牛油果 半个 Half an Avocado
老豆腐 150g(调味:岩盐和黑胡椒适量、姜黄粉1/2小勺、营养酵母2小勺)150g firm tofu (seasoned with a pinch of rock salt and black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast)
菠菜 1把(调味:有机酱油1小勺、盐适量、香油1小勺、研磨熟芝麻1大勺)1 bunch of spinach (seasoned with 1 teaspoon organic soy sauce, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon ground toasted sesame seeds)
调味料/Seasonings:
香油 适量 Sesame Oil to Taste
盐巴和黑胡椒 适量 Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
