In this episode, I am using spring ingredients to create a low-carb poke bowl. It's colorful and has a spring vibe. I like to add some broad beans; they taste fresh and delicious. With addition of nuts and other vegetables, this balanced bowl is not only nutritious, but also delicious.
今天用春天的食材做一期减脂主题的波奇饭料理,五彩缤纷也特别有春意,喜欢多加一些蚕豆,简单焯水吃起来就很鲜美,搭配其它蔬菜坚果之类的营养丰富又均衡,减脂餐也不失美味与仪式感,真的一举两得!

Ingredients/食材:
糙米饭一碗、蚕豆(可用豌豆或毛豆)、白菜花(可用菠菜代替)、芦笋、口蘑、普罗旺斯番茄、手指胡萝卜、老豆腐(调味:姜黄粉、营养酵母、海盐黑胡椒)、烤腰果、海苔丝
One bowl of brown rice
Broad beans (can be substituted with peas or edamame)
Cauliflower (can be substituted with spinach)
Asparagus
Shiitake mushrooms
Tomatoes
Baby carrots
Firm tofu (seasoned with turmeric powder, nutritional yeast, sea salt, and black pepper)
Roasted cashews
Seaweed strips

沙拉汁/Salad Dressing:
青芥末酱 2g Organic Wasabi Paste
有机酱油 1大勺 1 Tbsp Organic Soy Sauce
血橙汁 1大勺 1 Tbsp Blood Orange Juice
米醋 2小勺 2 Tsp Rice Vinegar
枫糖浆 2小勺 2 Tsp Maple Syrup
香油 2小勺 2 Tsp Sesame Oil
海盐 适量 Salt
黑胡椒 适量 Black Pepper
