鲜豌豆 ⅓杯(约80g) ⅓Cup Fresh Green Peas
姬菇 100g 100g Shimeji Mushroom
香菜 适量 Coriander to your taste
调味料 / SEASONING :
赤味噌 一大匙 1Tbsp Red Miso
味淋 一大匙 1Tbsp Mirin
酱油 一大匙 1Tbsp Soy Sauce
海盐 适量 Salt to your taste
花椒油或花椒面 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Szechuan Pepper Corn Flakes
昆布香菇高汤 500ml 500ml Vegetable Broth
水淀粉 适量 Water Scratch
