Ingredients/材料:
鹰嘴豆茄子泥意/Spaghetti with chickpeas and eggplant sauce:
意面7号 100g Spaghetti No. 7 100g
甜椒 一个One Bell pepper
香菜 适量 Coriander to taste
茄子 两根 Two eggplants
熟鹰嘴豆 200g 200g Cooked chickpeas
岩盐 ½小匙 Rock salt ½ tsp
黑胡椒 ¼小匙 Black pepper ¼ tsp
芝麻酱 两大匙 Sesame Paste 2 tbsp (or Tahini Sauce)
Tabasco辣椒酱 ½小匙 Tabasco Chili Sauce ½ tsp
大蒜 一瓣 One Clove of garlic
橄榄油 2大匙 2 Tbsp olive oil
水果酸奶杯/Fruit yogurt cup:
椰子芒果冰块 40g(椰浆+芒果打碎混合冷冻即可)
Coconut mango ice cube 40g (coconut milk + mango crushed, mixed then frozen)
豆乳老酸奶(酸奶过敏不带怕,就怕你没试过它)
Soy milk yogurt
桑葚酿 一大匙
1 Tablespoon of mulberry wine (You can use any sweet fruit wine or juice)
格兰诺拉麦片(早餐神器,三款烤燕麦不信没有一款你适合的!)
Granola
香蕉 半根
Half Banana
蓝莓
Blueberry
车厘子
Cherries
火麻仁
Hemp seed
