Ingredients/材料:

馅料/Filling:
白萝卜 120g Daikon Radish
卷心菜内叶 2大片 2 Large Cabbage leaves
油豆腐(油炸的老豆腐) 120g Fried Tofu (Deep-Fried Firm Tofu)
胡萝卜 80g Carrot
平菇 80g Oyster Mushroom
姜末 6g Minced Ginger

调味料/Seasonings:
生抽 两小匙 2 Tsp Soy Sauce
海盐适量 Sea Salt
香油 1大匙 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
五香粉 1/4小匙 1/4 Tsp Five-Spice Powder

汤底/Soup:
炒过的辣椒(石臼碾碎) 一小把 Crushed Chili Pepper (Pan Baked)
炒过的花椒(石臼碾碎) 1小匙 1 Tsp Crushed Sichuan Peppercorn (Pan Baked)
炒过的白芝麻(石臼碾碎) 1大匙 1 Tbsp Crushed White Sesame (Pan Baked)
生抽 1大匙 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
香醋 2小匙 2 Tsp Black Vinegar
糖 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Sugae
榨菜 1大匙 1 Tbsp Zhacai
姜末 5g Minced Ginger
香菜 一棵 Coriander
熟花生碎 适量 Cooked Peanuts
煮馄饨的水 适量 Water from Booking Wontons

Tips:
1. 一定要用油豆腐,或者自己炸,外皮会有韧性和嚼劲,非常有口感
Make sure to use deep-fried tofu. It adds chewy tasting to the wontons.
2. 有条件一定要炒一炒辣椒碾碎再油泼,香气比直接用辣椒面好太多
It's better to bake the chili pepper first, then pour hot oil on it. Baked chili pepper has more aroma.
