Celtuce is so delicious in winter. My favorite way is to make the celtuce salad. A few drops of homemade Sichuan peppercorn oil further enhances the flavor. Pairing it with a pan of fried crispy potstickers, a quick dish is done!
入冬的莴笋格外鲜美,最爱的当属这道凉拌莴笋丝,简单的加点调味料就好吃,我喜欢用自制的花椒油搭配它,记得花椒油还是春夏的时候做的,加入几滴真的特别提味儿,这道菜虽看似清淡却会觉得很下饭,清爽的口感很适合搭配一盘煎饺,试试你会爱上的!
Ingredients/材料:
青莴笋头 1根(300g) One Celtuce (About 300g)
千张 50g Beancurd Sheets
小米辣 1个 One Tabasco Pepper
调味料/Seasonings:
生抽 1大匙 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
岩盐 适量 Salt
花椒油 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Green Peppercorn Oil
