Ingredients/材料:
香椿芽 60g Toona Sprouts
菠菜 80g Spinach
老豆腐 120g Firm Tofu
香菇 3朵 3 Shiitake Mushroom
平菇 120g Oyster Mushroom

调味料/Seasoning:
胡椒粉 White Pepper Powder
盐 Salt
生抽 Soy Sauce
姜末 Crushed Ginger

饺子皮/Dumpling Wrappers:
中筋面粉 150g All Purpose Flour
冷水 85g(水量约占比57%)85g Cold Water (Water to Flour Ratio: 57% )
盐1g(让面皮更劲道) 1g Salt (To Make the Wrappers Al Dente)
