I made this eggplant unadon somedays ago. The sauce is delicious, it's not greasy, and paired with some side vegetables. You got a bento to go.
The key seasoning is the miso. This dish is an absolutely rice killer.
今天做了这个蒲烧味噌茄子很好吃,这个做法不会油腻,加上一些配菜用来当作便当很适合,酱汁部分要加点味噌,拌饭真的特别好吃。
Ingredients/材料:
茄子 1根 One Eggplant
酱汁/Seasonings:
红糖 1.5大勺 1.5 Tbsp Brown Sugar
酱油 1.5大勺 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
香醋 1小勺 1 Tsp Black Vinegar
清水 5大勺 5 Tbsp Water
味噌 2小勺 2 Tsp Miso
淀粉 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Starch
生姜泥 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Minced Ginger
蕃茄酱 1小勺 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce
配菜:海苔丝、秋葵、老豆腐、小番茄、奶白菜
Side Vegetables: shredded seaweed, okra, firm tofu, cherry tomatoes, bok choy
凉拌秋葵/Okra Salad:
秋葵 一把 One Handful of Okra
调味料/Seasonings:
糖 1小勺 1 Tsp Sugar
米醋 1小勺 1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
生抽 1大勺 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
香油 1小勺 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
盐 1/4小勺 1/4 Tsp Salt
熟芝麻 1小勺 1 Tsp Cooked Sesame Seed
小米辣 2个 2 Tabasco Pepper
