A fantastic CHOCOLATE CAKE! Ideal recipe! Juicy and fast!

Ingredients for a mold 24x34 cm:
250 g flour
50 g of cocoa
6 g baking powder
3 g baking soda
A pinch of salt
4 Eggs Size M
8 g vanilla sugar
280 g of sugar
300 ml milk (room temperature)
70 g vegetable oil (odorless)

in a preheated oven at a temperature of
150 Degrees Celsius (300° F) Top-bottom heat bake for about 25 minutes without convection

Ingredients for the chocolate glaze
mix 200 ml of hot cream 30% & 200 g of chocolate
20 g white chocolate


As decoration (optional)
100 ml cold cream min. 30% & 8 g vanilla sugar
i decorated with almonds
