Today I will show you the fastest and easiest bread recipe in the world.
Two cups of flour, one cup of water, done.
The recipe is really super easy.
You just need two cups of flour.
Whether you use a cup like this, or a slightly smaller cup, or even such a large cup,
it doesn't matter at all, depending on how big your bread should be.
I take a medium-sized cup and just fill it with my flour.
I press it a little in between,
then I get more flour in and my dough doesn't get as liquid.
And now I have the cup full of flour.
And I repeat the whole thing now.
My second cup is full and I now put it in the bowl.
I add one and a half teaspoons of salt to it.
Or let's say one and a half to two teaspoons, depending on your taste.
As salty as you like it.
Stir briefly.
And now I put two teaspoons of dry yeast in my cup.
One and two.
And next I fill my cup with water.
In between, I stir it around so that the yeast really dissolves.
And you see, I really fill the cup to the brim.
Two cups of flour to the brim and one cup to the brim of water.
And now I pour it on here.
That's basically it.
All I need to do now is stir.
I knead the rest by hand.
That's enough.
The dough is now well mixed.
It's not perfectly mixed, but it doesn't have to be.
That's absolutely enough.
Now I've got a bathtub here.
And in it I let the dough rise until it has risen really nicely.
You either put the whole thing in a warm place in the oven,
if you have a fermentation function, or at 30 degrees.
Otherwise, just at room temperature overnight or just as long
until the dough has doubled.
My dough has risen really nicely.
I now fold the dough from the outside inwards.
And I do that all around.
This way I also stretch the dough and that also gives it a bit of structure.
You see, the dough consistency looks good.
There are no lumps here.
It all mixed together really nicely.
Then you just take a baking pan.
My baking pan has a diameter of about 18 centimeters
and a height of 10 centimeters.
You can of course also use any other baking pan.
I sprinkle a little flour on the floor
and just fill in the dough.
That's it.
I preheat my oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat
and bake the bread for about 45 minutes.
Should the bread get too dark,
I turn the temperature down to 180 degrees about 20 minutes earlier.
Until my oven is preheated, I put it aside again.
Until then, I cover my dough again.
My oven is hot.
I sprinkle a little flour on top.
That always looks nice.
And cut it in carefully.
Just a little bit.
So, the bread is ready.
I'll get it out.
It has risen super nicely.
I'll let the bread cool down for a moment
and then I'll show you.
But that looks super nice.
Look, wonderful.
My bread is ready.
And now look how great it has risen.
Doesn't that look great?
It turned out really nice.
And now look from the inside.
It's so crispy.
Look at this bread slice.
Doesn't that look great?
And really soft.
Wow, look at that.
Butter soft.
If that's not a great bread,
then I don't know.
Baked super fast.
Really, really delicious.
There's really nothing more to say about it.
2 cups of flour, 1 cup of water, salt, yeast.
Done.
Take a look at the info box again.
I'll write you a few important things in there.
I hope you enjoyed the video.
Above all, I hope.
But you try it out
and write me in the comments
whether your bread turned out just as beautiful.
See you next time.
