In this video I bake the famous CONDENSED MILK CAKE, which tastes sooooo creamy and is so aromatic and takes no more than 5 minutes of your time (+baking time)
This cake is prepared quickly and easily even without hand mixer!



i mix sweetened condensed milk , butter, eggs and flour - and the dough is ready!


INGREDIENTS for 18cm shape:


380g sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, size M
100 g melted butter
190 g flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

for lemon glaze:
100 gr icing sugar
3-4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Sugar sprinkle to decorate

Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius (347° F)Top-bottom heat without convection about 35-45 min.
