Ingredients/材料:

牛油果三明治/ Avocado Sandwich
牛油果、土豆、南瓜、球生菜、蘑菇、老豆腐、小番茄、黑麦面包
Avocado, potatoes, pumpkin, lettuce, mushrooms, firm tofu, small tomatoes, rye bread
豆腐腌料:烟熏辣椒粉、酱油、枫糖浆、盐和黑胡椒
Tofu marinade: smoked paprika, soy sauce, maple syrup, salt and black pepper
牛油果酱:牛油果半个、柠檬汁一小匙、盐和黑胡椒
Avocado paste: half avocado, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and black pepper

酸豆乳草莓奇亚籽布丁/Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding
草莓奇亚籽布丁:250g草莓碎、两大匙枫糖浆、1.5大匙奇亚籽(混合冷藏一夜)
Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding: 250g chopped strawberries, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1.5 tablespoons of chia seeds (mix and refrigerate overnight)
酸豆乳(等后面出食谱哦hh)、格兰诺拉麦片、黑巧克力碎、开心果碎、香蕉
Soy yogurt (wait for the recipe later~), granola, dark chocolate, crushed pistachio, banana
