绿豆芽 50g Mung Bean Sprout
洋葱 1/4个 Onion
杏鲍菇 80g Oyster Mushroom
香菇 一朵 One Shiitake Mushroom
生姜 5g Ginger
大蒜 两瓣 2 Cloves of Garlic
调味料/Seasoning::
生抽 1.5大匙 1.5 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
白胡椒粉 1/4小匙 1/4 Tsp Whitter Pepper Powder
辣酱 一大匙 1 Tbsp Chili Sauce
花椒油 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Sichuan Pepper Oil
水 三大匙 2 Tbsp Water
土豆淀粉 1/4小匙 1/4 Tsp Potato Starch
