偏硬米饭 1碗 1 bowl of slightly firm rice
香菇 1个 1 shiitake mushroom
胡萝卜 小半根 half a small carrot
酸豆角 2根(可选) 2 pickled long beans (optional)
冻豆腐 1小把 A small handful of frozen tofu
空心菜杆 30g water spinach stems
岩盐 适量 Rock salt, to taste
姜黄粉 1小勺 1 small spoonful of turmeric powder
