This brownie does not use eggs, dairy products, flour and oil, yet it is equally rich in flavour and delicious while being healthy with low-calories. You must try it.
这款布朗尼蛋糕不使用鸡蛋和奶制品,但它同样浓郁美味,没有添加精制油和面粉,非常健康低卡,反正我都可以用来当早餐吃了,一定要试一试。
Ingredients/材料:
燕麦粉 90g Oat Flour
熟透香蕉(不含皮)90g Ripe Banana
无乳黑巧克力 60g Dairy Free Dark Chocolate
椰枣 110g Date
纯净水 150ml Water
生腰果 50g Raw Cashews
核桃仁 ½杯 1/2 Cup Walnuts
可可粉 两大匙 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
泡打粉 1小匙 1Tsp Baking Powder
苏打粉 ¼小匙 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
香草精 1小匙 1Tsp Vanilla Extract
海盐 ¼小匙 1/4 Tsp Salt
TIPS:
1.这个烘烤时间成品会比较湿润的同时还带有软糖口感,质感是介于蛋糕和软糖之间,牙签插入会带出比较多的湿润蛋糕屑;如果想要更接近蛋糕的质感可以烘烤25分钟左右,直到牙签插入会带出更少的蛋糕屑。
You can adjust the baking time to get your ideal brownies. I baked for 20~22 mins to get a soft center. If you prefer cakey brownies, bake for another 2~3 mins.
2.不建议将布朗尼烤太干,如果牙签插入取出很干净那说明烤的太干了,吃起来就会干巴巴的。
It's not recommended to bake the brownies too dry with this recipe.
3.泡打粉起到蓬松作用,加少量苏打粉可以使得蓬松组织更好更均匀!加配料时请一定要使用烘焙量勺!
Adding baking powder results a fluffy brownies. If you don't like cakey brownies, try to reduce the amount of baking powder.
4.因为不同于鸡蛋做的,这款布朗尼做出来一定要先冷藏5小时以上口感才好,太早切口感会比较粘牙,冷藏一天一夜是最佳的。
This brownie must be refrigerated for no less than 5 hrs before consumption for best result.
5.香蕉可以替代鸡蛋的作用,但注意选择有斑点熟透的香蕉更粉糯甜度更高。
Try to used a fully ripe banana because it's more sweet. Banana is also a good substitute of eggs in this recipe.
6.燕麦粉是非常好的面粉替代品,网上都有买,如果用面粉代替液体水量可能会适量调整,根据视频里的浓稠度判断。
Oat flour is a good alternative to flour. If you decide to use flour, make sure to adjust the liquid added accordingly.
