Mische zum abnehmen Kerne und Haferflocken und backe dieses gesunde Brot!

60% kernels, 30% oat flakes and that's the result. I'll show you how I baked the bread now. The recipe is really very simple and goes really fast. I just put 230 grams of oat flakes in a bowl. They can also be gluten-free. Then come 300 grams of mixed kernels. This is a mixture of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and a few pine kernels, which I actually don't like at all. 20 grams of chia seeds, 20 grams of shredded flax seeds and 18 grams of fleur de sel. These must not be whole fleur de sel shells, they must be ground. And last but not least, two teaspoons of salt. Two weak teaspoons. And I mix that up. That's almost it, then we need 500 milliliters of very hot water. My water has a temperature of 43 degrees, it should be a little hotter. And I just pour that on top. That looks pretty loose at first. I'll cover that up for a moment and let it boil for about 20 minutes. I let it boil for about 20 minutes and now I knead it really thoroughly. You can see that this is now also a really solid mass. I'll press that on again now. Then we need a baking pan. I put a little oil in there and spread it with a brush. Also on the sides. But you should only brush your baking pan with oil if you don't have any scratches in it. If your baking pan has scratches, you better use baking paper. Then I fill in the dough and press the dough really firmly into the pan. And last but not least, brush the bread or the dough with oil. I always use taste-neutral oil for this. The bread gets a much nicer look. And last but not least, I sprinkle a few grains on top. I cover the dough again and let it boil for 20 minutes. Then I preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat and bake the bread for 70 minutes. If the bread gets too dark, just turn the temperature down to 190 ° C. So, now I'll show you the inside. Oh, that looks great. Doesn't that look delicious? The bread is almost only made of grains, a few oats and that's the result. Be sure to try it out. I promise you, you will love this bread. Of course, you can exchange the grains as you like. If you don't like something, you can also add nuts, almonds, whatever you like. Just put in what you don't like. Yes, that's it from me. Have fun baking. Be sure to try it out. You will be thrilled. See you next time. Take care.
