Time now for a check of the weather,
and it is not spooky out there. It is beautiful.
Yes, there you go. Yeah, that's really the case there.
We're talking about a really good weather situation
for trick-or-treating on this Halloween.
The bats are flying away, but there's a lot of orange there.
But you step outside, you see a lot of blue
because we are seeing those blue skies with sunshine
and temperatures approaching 60, if not,
then definitely in the upper 50s.
Of course, it will get a little chilly towards the evening hours,
so a sweater over the costume will do, but that's about it.
Not too bad for Halloween standards.
We'll take it here across New Jersey.
Now, remember to push those clocks back one hour
as we get into tonight.
We're falling back.
We're going to have an earlier sunrise tomorrow and an earlier,
certainly, sunset on Sunday evening.
It's going to get darker quicker here, so,
yeah, some folks maybe don't like that.
It is what it is. We'll work with it here.
At least we do have the sunshine.
So it does make the daylight hours extra bright.
It's not as gloomy as you would expect.
Maybe this time of year to be late October, early November.
You get those gloomy rainy days. No, this stretch has been awesome
and it continues right into our election day on Tuesday.
Temperatures will be approaching 70. Yes, that's not a typo.
How about that? That is a treat here. Mostly sunny, mild and dry.
But there are changes. Finally,
remember last week we showed you this rain forecast. It was low.
We get to Thursday, Friday, though. There is a good chance of some,
yes, you guessed it, rain Thursday, Thursday night and Friday.
Looking at the 10-day, Tuesday is not the only chance of 70.
It continues into Wednesday and Thursday.
