Kaylee Hunter and AFC Toronto dominate Ottawa Rapid in 1st playoff leg

You're watching the Northern Super League, presented by BMO, official bank of the NSL. Ball played over top, Kaylee Hunter is on the hunt, and it goes over top of Dagenais! That's a third and rewarding! An assist and a goal! 2-0 AFC Toronto. In this individual performance, of the team performance, how front-footed and audacious they've been, and this is audacity personified. By Kaylee Hunter, beating Forbes to it, a little bit of a miscue by Harris. Dagenais caught in between her line and coming out as aggressive as she was to thwart. Lauren Rowe a few minutes prior doesn't get the opportunity there and punished for it, but it's errors in front of Dagenais that leads them to conceding again for the second time in 25 minutes. Solano, smalls alone at the top of the box. Momentum shift Ottawa on the board, but it didn't take long. For AFC Toronto to reassert their dominance, because that's what it's been so far today, but a great bit of skill, intricate play out to the wide areas to find Solano, squared across to Hunter, and she is not going to miss from there. So our sideline reporter in Jess Lisi was on to something with simplifying the finishing, being more clinical, being more exacting, and it's exactly what they've done today. Well, Kaylee Hunter has... had herself a game, a brace today to lead her team at the moment. 4-1 over the Ottawa Rapid. Kai Novak coming into the game, but Kaylee Hunter a standing ovation for this 18-year-old who's just come alive in the playoffs for AFC Toronto.
