If you love white chocolate, this recipe is about to become your new favorite. This frosting only
takes five ingredients and it's smooth, creamy, and delicious. Let me show you how to make it.
Easy homemade frosting in minutes. Okay, I'm going to need a cup of white chocolate. Make sure it's
good chocolate and you want to put it in a bowl. A double boiler is what I'm putting in. I'm just
melting it just like that. I just want it melted or you can put it in the microwave for about 10-15
minutes to make sure it's all melted. I do it the old-fashioned way. I need one stick of unsalted
butter. Let it sit out so I can get room temperature enough for you to beat it well.
You need a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
My melted white chocolate is going right into my butter. Okay, now I'm going to mix this up.
Then I've got three cups of Fetcher's sugar and I'm going to do with the Fetcher's. I'm
going to put some in there and then I'm going to combine the rest as I go. This is going to get
nice and creamy. Okay, now I'm getting the rest of my sugar. Combine it up together.
We're going to combine this up together. Then we're going to put some milk in it and that's
what's going to make it nice and incorporated. It's all going to come together. I just want to
make sure all this chocolate and everything gets combined with all this. You need to have that
heavy cream, about two to three tablespoons or keep putting it in there until it reaches where
you want your icing. Here we go. I put this in the refrigerator and I had to actually work this
with my hands to get it nice and pliable enough to put it on the cake. I'm just going to go ahead
and plop a big glob of this on the cake. I've got my nice spatula here that was warmed up
with hot water. I'm just going to cover up that cake with that and smooth that down on here.
