Ingredients/食材:
儿菜7个7 Er'Cai (It's a type of Mustard green, you can use all kinds of vegetables)
盐 小勺 1 Tsp Salt
植物油 1小勺 1 Tsp Oil
纯净水 800ml Water
烧椒酱/Roasted Pepper Sauce:
青红小米辣 150g Green and Red Tabasco Pepper
美人椒 50g Long Pepper
菜籽油 500ml Canola Oil
姜末 8g Minced Ginger
花椒 5g Sichuan Peppercorn
白芝麻 1大勺 1 Tbsp White Sesame
盐巴 1大勺 1 Tbsp Salt
蘸水/Dipping Sauce:
烧椒酱 2大勺 2 Tbsp Roasted Pepper Sauce
