大家好！今天我們做一個簡單的雞肉芝士卷香腸，也可以稱之為雞肉卷，做法很簡單，有以下幾點注意事項：
1、雞肉冷藏後更容易後面的操作。
2、芝士夾心比較容易漏出，儘量包裹嚴實。
3、避免過度油炸，餡料容易漏出，也會影響到雞肉口感。

成分：
500克雞胸肉、3克鹽、1/8茶匙白胡椒粉、1/8茶匙胡椒粉、
5克土豆澱粉、1茶匙花雕酒、1茶匙芝麻油、2片芝士片
