The advantage of one pot pasta is that we have less dishes to do by using only one pan to prepare our dish.
Here is my version of bolognese pasta in one pot pasta.
I start by preparing my pvt by pouring them into a saucepan.
You have to cook them first, it takes a little time, but if you want to replace them with seitan or another alternative, I explain the steps on the blog.
I add water, tomato concentrate, cube broth, balsamic vinegar, then a lot of spices.
Everything will be listed on the written recipe on my blog, the link is in the description of the video.
I mix, then I heat over medium high heat until it boils quietly.
Meanwhile, I prepare my onion by cutting it into fairly thick pieces.
You can add other vegetables if you want, such as carrots or celery.
After about ten minutes, there is almost no more liquid in the pvts.
I taste, if they are slightly firm, it is ideal.
I pour oil into it, then I add my onion to bring it back in the whole.
Be careful not to let it burn.
When the onion is translucent and softened, I add crushed tomato.
I mix well, then finally I pour my water.
To season the pasta, I advise you to taste the broth before adding spices.
I will give you some spice options on the blog.
I add, in any case, a beautiful bay leaf.
When everything boils, I finally add my pasta.
I recommend a type of pasta that takes at least 10 minutes to cook, otherwise the liquid will not be absorbed enough.
So forget all the mini pasta and pasta in 3 minutes of cooking.
I chose pipettes.
I now gently let the pasta cook.
Once the pasta is cooked, it is possible that there is a little liquid left,
but if you wait a few minutes, the liquid will thicken and turn into a sauce.
Just like that.
The advantage of cooking the pasta in the sauce, in addition to having less dishes to do,
is that the pasta is imbued with all the flavors and it is really delicious.
Depending on your appetite or your meal, this amount is suitable for 2 to 3 people.
I hope you will like this recipe and above all that it will make you want to do it.
