I spent several days figuring out what makes the perfect chocolate 2-ingredient brownie recipe. I found the secret: no eggs, no oil, no butter- nothing, just two ingredients.
Ingredients: 1 box Duncan Hines Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix (18 oz) 1 can Del Monte Crushed Pineapple in 100% Juice (20 oz), including the juice
Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. 2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan. 3. Pour the brownie mix into a large mixing bowl. 4. Add the crushed pineapple along with its juice. 5. Stir until everything is well combined and no dry brownie mix remains. 6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. 7. Bake for approximately 30–40 minutes, checking for doneness. The center should be set, and a toothpick should come out without wet batter. 8. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares. 9. Serve and enjoy your delicious 2-ingredient brownies!
*Tip:* The crushed pineapple adds moisture and natural sweetness, giving these brownies a soft, rich texture.
This video demonstrates a simple recipe for making moist, chocolatey brownies using only two primary ingredients: a box of brownie mix and a can of crushed pineapples with its juice. The creator emphasizes that despite the unusual combination, the result is a delicious dessert that is soft and gooey.
Today is an exciting day to me.
Today, we're going to be making brownies using two ingredients,
brownie mix and a can of crushed pineapples with the pineapple juice.
So stay tuned and let's do this.
I've got a box of brownie mix,
one whole brownie mix bag.
Make sure you get all of it out because some of that
can be stuff that you need to rise your brownies.
I'm opening up a can of crushed pineapples
with the pineapple juice.
I mean making this is going to be delicious,
it's going to be good, and it's going to be soft,
and it's going to be something that you're going to enjoy every time.
And when you get with your kids, they're going to want it,
you're going to want it, and your friends.
So let's do it.
Okay, so I'm going to pour this in.
Bam! There you go.
Oh, it looks so delicious.
I'm getting everything out because you know how I am.
All right, let's mix all this up just like it is.
And that juice is going to take over the brownie mix.
and don't forget inside
this brownie mix here what you want make sure you can get any kind of
brownie mix if you really wanted to shine get
the ones with the chocolate chips so put some
chocolate chips in there you can any kind
of brownie mix you want if you want chocolate chips
it can melt in there and even make it even better it's just going
to mix this up really really good
like this let's see no getting it
came out just perfect you want
to spray your pan with some
non-stick spray. This is better in a glass pan to me,
but you can use any pan you want or that
you have. Don't run out and get a glass pan
because you don't have one. It's good to have one
if you just want to run out and get one.
Hey, it's wonderful to cook in. Just get one, spray it,
and then do the steps and you have a wonderful brownie.
I'm going to pour this right into our
pan, just like that. Now, the juice made it,
you probably say, well, the brownie's supposed to be
a little denser and thicker hey just trust
the process you're gonna see just make it and then
you'll realize what you're gonna get you go oh
my god this is the most delicious thing i've ever
eaten in my life now we will have a problem guys
if you do not like pineapple so if you don't have
pineapple then that's the problem
because you're not gonna like the cake don't even bother about
making it even if it doesn't look right
to you like oh i don't like it if you don't like it and
you think it looks nasty,
don't always think something looks nasty without trying. Even though
your brain's telling you, hey, this don't look right for me.
I'm not going to try that. That's
nasty. You know what?
Hey, you don't know how nasty it is until you try it. I have seen some
things that I'm like, I'm never going to eat that.
And then one day my husband told me, how you know
what you don't like if you don't try?
So I tried and I was like, oh my God, I love it. This stuff
is so good and I kept getting it even
though it looked the way it looked because it was just I
didn't like the way it looked still it was good now
if it doesn't look good and you know it doesn't
look good and you try it and it's still nasty
then it was nasty but at least you tried it okay guys
another good secret before you cook anything
or bake anything make sure you preheat your oven
before you even start so your oven can get nice
and hot okay we're going to place our two ingredient
brownies in the oven
for about 25 minutes make
sure you keep watching
okay we have taken out
our brownie and we let it sit
for about 20 20 minutes maybe letting it cool down it's nice
i can put my hand on it it's just nice and warm okay
so let's cut into this brownie and let's see
the surprise we're gonna get it's gonna
be a delicious surprise i'm just gonna cut a small
square okay see that that's all that chocolate
in there there were chocolate chips in this brownie
guys so i want everybody to know
that's just good gooey chocolate chips that even made it even
better look at that look at that okay guys
so here it is delicious moist and chocolatey and it's
delicious now you don't have to use chocolate chips
if you don't want them but i think the
chocolate chips and the brownies you can already
get them chocolate chips already in the brownie
or put some in there it's great but it's just two ingredients
so if you put chocolate chips in there
then that means there's three ingredients
so you can do it any way you want but here it is
delicious just two ingredients two ingredients makes
this wonderful dessert so hey please like
share and subscribe to my youtube channel try it out see
if you like it hey it's a delicious thing
it's different and it is marvelous darling see you next time bye
