How to Make Mach Pizza from Earthbound

Mach Pizza:

What You Need:
1 cup of water
2 tsp honey
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp olive oil
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt

Tomato Sauce, cheese and other toppings

In a small bowl, mix together yeast. sugar and water. Allow to bloom 5 minutes or until nice and foamy.

In a food processor, place flour, salt, and yeast mixture. Pulse until a dough forms, a minute or two.

Dump onto a lightly floured surface and kneed for a minute. Place in a bowl and allow to rise 1 hour or until doubled in size. Then place it on a lightly floured surface and divide into 8 equal pieces.

Roll each piece into a 1/4 inch high disc. Place each rolled out disc in a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat a few minutes both sides. Allow to cool and place discs in zip top bags. Keep in the fridge for a couple weeks.

To Make Mach Pizza: Preheat toaster over to highest heat setting. Place a disc on a non-stick surface and lightly brush with oil. Cover in toppings and cook in toaster oven until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown, 5-8 minutes. Slice and serve.
