How to make Mango Delight from Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door.

What You Need:
2 TBL water
2 1/2 tsp gelatin
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup mango nectar
3 TBL sugar
1/4 tsp vanila

Combine water and gelatin in a small bowl. Allow to stand 5 minutes.

Place heavy cream and mango nectar in a small saucepan. Bring it to a low simmer. Add sugar and bloomed gelatin. Take off the heat and stir until dissolved. Stir in vanilla.

Pour mixture among 4 custard cups. Place in the fridge for at 3-6 hours or until firm.

Slide a thin spatula between the edge of the custard cup and place a small plate on top. Flip it over and serve with a little bit of mint. Recipe by Jammy Cooks.
