Operators from Ukraine’s Group 13 carried out a maritime drone operation off the southern coast of occupied Crimea to mark Yalta Day. Ukraine’s military intelligence described the mission as a symbolic demonstration intended to revive a pre-2014 tradition of Ukrainian naval activity near Yalta’s waterfront.
The operation was presented as a message to Russian forces occupying Crimea, underscoring Kyiv’s position that the peninsula remains part of Ukraine. Video footage releases in social media shows strikes on Russian targets.
