Time to get some Housework done!

I got all three girls are busy chewing on a ball and there's Shelby and Shiloh. And then Oakley's down here in the office with hers. Down here hanging out. And what we're gonna do today is pull up all this floor. So that looks like that. That's the project for today. Because eventually we're gonna put that down. Eventually. Well, this is what we got when we pulled up that rug. I still have my pajamas on. This is what we got when we pulled up the carpet that was in here. And we just started pulling up this linoleum and there's like tar paper underneath it. Which it's level with this so I don't think we have to take it off. It'll probably end up sticking and tearing so it'll end up coming up. Some of it will come up, yeah. If it stays down, I don't see a problem with it staying down. No, it's level right here. We're putting that, we got to put cement board over top of it. So, huh, that's gonna be a lot easier than I thought it was gonna be. Geez-o-peace, what are you doing making all that noise? Sorry. It's coming off a lot easier than we thought. I put my painting pants on. I had my pajamas on and I was trying to get nails up. Not a good idea. Not a good idea at all. Yay! I'm gonna have to run to Home Depot here shortly to get some... Fun! All of the linoleum is off the floor. We just stopped and had lunch. Fun, fun, fun. Now Jamie's gonna start bringing in the cement board. And yes, I'm covered in dog hair. I've been playing with the dogs. He's gonna bring in the cement board and we're gonna start putting it down over there. And I had to go get screws. I had to get different screws. These ones have a square head. Because we're using the... It's called like hardy backer board instead of the cement board. I don't know what it was. It was a little bit more expensive but lighter, easier to handle. But we've got to put it down all the way here. And then we've got to finish pulling up the carpet there and put it all the way down there. So still quite a bit of work to do. The girls are back outside enjoying the weather. There's Shelby and Shiloh and Oakley's way back there by the garage. Enjoying all the snow. This is the board that we have to put down and I don't know if you can see. There's feet prints on it. They were sitting in the back of my Jeep and when I went to get Oakley groomed, she stood on it. So there's Oakley feet prints on it. And Oakley fur. Oakley fur. Right? Right? What's he doing, huh? Not too sure about that, are ya? Hmm... Are you supervising? How convenient! Look! It fits right there! Oh, that's cool! Somebody was smart! Hey girls! So looks like we got this far on the floor today. We didn't do over there. Maybe tomorrow. We got this far and Oakley actually likes walking on the floor. Now we're making dinner. There's corn in there and there's some buns in there. We're making fish sandwiches. Whoa! My camera got froggy! Fish sandwiches and jalapeno fries. Yum! Yum! Yum! I don't see the small pickles. There isn't a small pickles. It's a big pickles. I'm not showing them the inside of our fridge. They would laugh. There's lots of dog food in our fridge. Oh! My thing is probably in the way. Lots of dog food in our fridge. There's the pickles. Oooh! OK! Time to eat! Alright! You'll notice... Are you just going to do it without me telling you what to do? I thought so! OK! You'll notice that those two weave lines are on but the last two are off. Now, let's see if she can do it. Come on Shelby! Come on! Go weave! Good girl! Stop again! Come on Shelby! Here we go! Weave! Weave! Weave! Oh! You missed it that time! Here we go! Weave! Weave! Weave! Good girl! You'll notice there's no line here or here. I kind of have them hanging out to the side. There's just a line there and there. She's doing it! She made one pass! She made it to the road! Oh yeah! These trees are hanging heavy! Wet, heavy, nasty snow! Of course, I don't think it's nasty! That's what everybody else has been saying! It's wet!
