Here we are on another car vlog!
That's what we should call them from now on, car vlogs.
We're... Oh! Look a pontoon boat!
Guys, we should totally buy this pontoon boat.
Let's convince Jamie that we need this pontoon boat. Can you see it?
Oh quick! There it is! There's the boat!
We should totally buy it!
Not really...

I think we would use a boat if we had one, but I don't know if we would use it that much.
But anyway, that wasn't why I started the video.
I am currently heading out to a lady's house who has a dog that she wants to turn over to the Husky Rescue.
So, I'm going to do dog evaluation again to find out if this dog would be suited to go to the rescue.
Basically, you go and you assess like the health of the dog and things like that.
So, the Husky Rescue asked me to do it because it was only like 20 miles from our house.
So, I'm gonna go check him out. I believe his name is Kona.
I'm gonna go check him out. If I get some video, I'll put it in here.
But if I don't, well, maybe I'll get some pictures and I'll put those in here.
But we're going to or I'm going to evaluate him and then we will see what's gonna happen.
We may possibly end up transporting him.
If he does end up going to the rescue, considering we live right here anyway, we would be the ones to pick him up and take him.
So, I don't know. We'll see.
We're gonna go see how he's doing and see what we can find out, I guess.
It's hard, you know, like it's hard to go talk to somebody who's willing to give up their dog to a rescue.
I mean, it's not an easy thing for anybody to have to give up a dog.
I actually know this girl and I know how much she loves her dog.
So, this is gonna be a little bit hard.
The last one was hard too. It's always hard. It's never easy to give up a dog.
But it's kind of nice outside. It's still hot. It's 80 degrees. It's ridiculous.
But other than that, the clouds look cool.
We're driving on this boring road.
Well, as you can see by those few pictures, he is shaved.
But other than that, he actually seems like a pretty happy well-rounded dog.
They had to shave him because he got loose and he ran through a bunch of burrs and they were stuck in his fur.
So, they shaved him.
Hopefully, his fur will grow back good.
I just called the rescue and told them that he looks like he'd be a good candidate to go into a foster home.
So, we might see Kona again. We might have to do transport.
I don't know, but we shall see.
Alright girls, it's hot again today.
So, you guys chill out in this A.C.
We have two fans going and the A.C. going.
Hopefully, you'll stay cool.
We're gonna go out to my mom's for dinner.
We won't be gone long.
Now, we're hoping all these clouds go away.
Because apparently, we're gonna get to see Northern Lights tonight, if the clouds go away.
Jamie says, they're going away.
The clouds.
So, we can see Northern Lights tonight.
If it was dark right now, we could see them.
Can you see them? Pretend.
There's the river.
It's so pretty.
I think, I'm gonna drive by the old...
Got the siding off.
Jamie, there's your new Jeep. It's right there.
We should totally pull it and look at it.
It's so cool. It's so pretty.
Let's buy that one.
Or that blue one.
That one's pretty too.
I don't like the white one.
Let's buy that.
There's the building there, tearing down.
Wow, look how cool it looks though.
That's an old building.
Very old building.
But they're gonna tear it down and the dealership is gonna expand apparently.
It'll be nice,
because it's kind of a popular corner right there.
Right?
Look at some new ugly Jeep Renegades.
They're not that ugly.
I don't know. They're pretty ugly.
They look like Fiat's to me.
They remind me of Nerf balls.
I wanna get out and look at this Jeep.
The black one?
Yeah, I like the black one. I wanna get out and look at it.
Don't you think? Everybody vote in the comments below.
Don't you think Jamie should get a Jeep like that?
Tell us in the comments below.
Look how cool this old building is.
I don't know if you can see in the windows.
It's got all the slat.
All the slat wood inside.
It's so cool.
But it's gonna be gone.
We got a live trap too.
I'm gonna try to catch some cats and hopefully
get them to the shelter
and out of our yard.
And before the dogs catch them.
Yeah, one of the dogs.
The dogs almost got one of the cats the other day.
It was too close
for comfort. That's for sure.
I'm gonna try to catch them and see if we can
get them out of our neighborhood.
I guess.
I'll have to call the shelter and have them come pick them up if we do catch them.
Not happy about it, but
they can't keep coming in the yard.
I don't need them. It's not just that
I'm worried that the dogs are gonna hurt the cats.
I'm worried that the cats could hurt the dogs.
Because big feral cats can be mean.
It could be where Memphis got her little
ear scratch from.
She was sticking her head or something.
It could be. I didn't think of that.
Good thing I cleaned it all out.
I don't know if I showed you guys that Memphis cut her ear.
I think I did. But Memphis cut her ear somehow.
I don't really know how.
It's not that big or bad.
I'll show you when we get home.
As we drive along the water.
One of the benefits of living in Alpena is
there's water, water everywhere.
The big lake is right over there.
Wait, we can see it right up here.
Sky's turning blue.
Hopefully we'll get to see northern lights tonight.
Cross your fingers you guys.
There's the water.
Over there somewhere.
There it is.
Memphis, we're just gonna show them your ear, okay?
I won't touch it.
See right there?
That's where she cut her ear.
If you look at her, you can see it.
We don't know what she did,
but she cut her ear.
There's no food over there, sweetheart.
I didn't drop that much on the floor, did I?
The girls just had dinner.
Now we're gonna start watching Aurora numbers
and hope, hope, hope, hope
that things look good.
Let's see if I can show them to you.
I'm gonna phone real quick here.
Oh no, not that!
So that
is what is current.
Right now, if it was dark,
we'd have a good chance of seeing them.
This is what's coming.
So I'm hoping
that...
See the line?
Everything's looking good, so keep your paws crossed.
Well, it's clear
over there.
It's hazy over there.
Those are rolling this way.
Those need to go away.
Memphis, make the clouds go away.
You guys want to see one more reason
why you should always watch your dogs
when you let them outside, instead of just letting them outside by themselves?
You ready? You ready?
Watch out!
That my friends, is one fat
toad.
Toads are poisonous to dogs.
They lick them or try to eat them.
They're actually poisonous to them.
So the girls
are all back over there.
Oh Jesus! The toad needs to go back.
Uh oh!
Now I have to catch them.
So we'll just leave them right there
until they go in and then we'll move them.
So I know you guys can't see us.
But you can hear us.
Listen to the field.
Here, I'll show you how dark it is.
Isn't that crazy?
We have clouds.
But it looks like we are seeing a bit
of Aurora. I don't know how well this will
pick it up off of here.
I'll put a bunch of photos at the end of the vlog.
This one shouldn't take as long to save as the last one did.
No big
peaks or anything yet.
But there's definitely the big green.
You can see... Oh, I see a couple of peaks now.
You can barely
see it in person.
What you see in person...
Let's see if I can get that better.
What you see in person compared to what you see on the camera
is two totally different things.
That's what we can see on the camera.
In person...
You can't tell on this camera.
But it's just kind of light.
It's super foggy.
But not only did we get pictures
of the Northern Lights, I think I got a short
time lapse video.
It's time to go to bed.
Good night Pawdience!
