SO MUCH BLUE

Okay, can you tell everybody good morning? Even though it's like not even close to morning. Say good evening Pawdience! Yay! So we're doing the... The yearly dogs help put up the Christmas tree video where we set up the camera and the dogs... make it look like the dogs are helping us put up the Christmas tree and uh... We were gonna do it earlier and we decided the camera looked so cool with it a little bit darker. So that's what we're what we're doing. Is she helping you? She is. Get right here Memphis. It's like oh, I'm so good at this. Look how good I am at this. Are you fluffing the tree? I know, what are you doing? Are you fluffing your face? She's like, I got to fluff my face you guys. Fluff my face. As for Oakley update, Oakley's doing pretty good. It's been a couple days since her surgery. Let me show you guys her incision. Looks a little bit redder on camera than it really is. Her fur is already starting to grow back quite a bit, which is just crazy to me, but she's doing good. She's uh... Seems to be doing pretty good. Hopefully she'll get the staples out soon. Hopefully. You have a shadow. I do, she's helping. She's like, what are we doing? What's going on? This is actually a new tree. I think I said that already though, that it's new. We got to get lights and the extension cord. And I got to set up the tripod and the other camera and then I got to haul all the stuff up from downstairs. So I guess I better put this down and get to work. Oakley, do you have an adorable jingle bell collar on? You even let me put it on? Memphis has the red and white one on and Shelby has one that matches Oakley's here. Look how cute you are. You're so adorable. Holy... tree. Yeah, you can't move the white lights. They're stuck right where they are. That's some seriously blue and white tree. I think so too. I definitely think there's enough blue and white. That looks amazing. It's beautiful. It's done. Let's not put anything else on it. Okay, maybe we will. You girls did awesome helping. You did such a great job. You did such a great job. Yay! Such a good job. Shelby's like, I did so good. I had to go get a drink. There's Shelby. Jingle Shelby! Jingle Shelby! She's like, no, I don't want to give you a paw. Put this jingle bell collar on me. I don't like it. So for those of you that don't know, this here is our tree topper every year. It's actually a Tibene baby, but it has Shiloh's collar on it and instead of having the star on the top of our tree, we put this on the top of our tree. I think it's pretty fitting. What do you think? So this little stuffed animal with Shiloh's collar goes on top of the tree. Jamie's gonna put some ribbon on there first. So the tree has made it to the corner! And we got Shiloh on top. You know how they say never work with kids or pets? We've been working on the putting the tree up with the dog video. This is probably of all the videos we do, this one takes the longest because you really have to be patient with the dogs. You don't want them to freak out and you got to get them to move just right for certain shots and things like that. So this video actually usually takes us a couple days to finish, but it always turns out so cute and it's actually a tradition. I don't know if you guys know this, but we've been making a Huskies help put up the Christmas tree video since we started doing YouTube. It was actually one of the first videos we did on Gone to the Snow Dogs. So there's a little tidbit of history for you. Did you come back in? You're outside playing? Still no snow though, huh babe? No snow. So every year I buy a couple of new ornaments for the tree and then of course our Decade ornament, which we've gotten one of these every year since we've been together actually and these are the ornaments I got this year. I'll open them up and show them to you guys. Alright, so here they are out of the packages. We've got of course a new Nightmare Before Christmas ornament. I'll show you that one again in a second. Star Wars ornament in celebration of the new Star Wars movie this year. The Bumble and Rudolph because this is probably my favorite Christmas movie and then our ornament for the year. 2015 doesn't stand up so I gotta kind of like hold it. There. There we go. This one sings and I found out it glows in the dark, so we're gonna go test it out. What do you think Memphis? Is that cool? Is it singing to you? Do you know that song? Do it. She's like, hey, can I eat this? Can I can I chew on this? No, can't chew on it. So not only does it sing but it glows in the dark, which is so cool. That's pretty cool. Gee, do you think we have enough Husky ornaments to go on our tree? This is only a few of them. So, how do you guys do your ornaments every year? I actually take and rebox all of my ornaments in their original boxes every year. I don't know why, probably because they're collector's ornaments, but that's what I tend to do. She's like, daddy, pick up this pumpkin. Pick it up. Pick up this pumpkin, daddy. Pick it up. Show me where the squeaker is. Show it to me. She's like, I can't find it. I've been pushing it with my nose. She just can't figure it out. She's like, daddy, daddy, make it squeak. Do it Memphis. Do it. She's like, no. She's like, hey, come make it squeak again. She got the turkey to do it once. Oh, I'm gonna try. She nibbles so gently on her toys. Like she doesn't like... There's a good squeeze, but normally she just pushes her nose down on them. See how she nibbles? No squeak yet. She can't figure it out. Oakley, you should help her. Help her squeak the toy. Shelby's like, amateurs. Amateurs. I can squeak that toy. She's like, whoa. What are you doing? You gotta punch it Memphis. Punch it. Punch it Memphis. Or not. All right, I think I have all of the specialty ornaments unboxed and laid out. You'll kind of notice a theme here. I got a whole bunch of ornaments with years on them and then there's a couple of Halloween ornaments and then Nightmare Before Christmas. Nightmare Before Christmas. Nightmare Before Christmas. You'll also see some Disney. Oh, look. Oh, there's another Nightmare Before Christmas and then Husky, Husky, Husky, Husky. Disney. Lego Star Wars. So yeah, there's kind of a theme going. There's my little pony. Another Husky and then I have a couple of Nightmare Before Christmas ornaments that stay out all year. There's one here. I had another one somewhere and there's another one right there. But they stay out all year. Oh! And there's one right there. I just let the dogs outside. What'd you do? What's that on your face there? Excuse me, ma'am. You're not supposed to be playing in the dirt because you'll get dirt in your cut and then what will we do? Look at you! Well, apparently you're back to your feisty self again, huh? Like mom, I brought all the sand inside. It's great. Look at me. What are you doing? How come nobody was barking and telling me she was doing that? She was like, it wasn't me. I got my duck. Look at how dirty your duck is. Shelby, oh, you were digging too. I see it on your face. Did you bury her duck? Is that what happened? Crazy dogs. Can't leave you outside for five minutes. I got all the stuff on the tree. It looks very nice. That one glows in the dark though. You have to turn it off because it's really cool. All right, can you see it? I can see it. All right, here we go. Oh, wrong switch. Wrong switch. Fail. And go. That's so cool. I love it. That's awesome. Probably my favorite ornament of the year. There it goes. He glows in the dark too. It's like a Mickey Mouse nightmare before Christmas type of thing. Actually, I think it's just a Halloween Mickey Mouse. But he's wearing a skeleton suit. He goes with my nightmare stuff. Although all this stuff has to come down so I can put all the Christmas stuff up here. Whoa, lights. I know. Anyway, we got all the lights on or all the lights all the yeah that too. All the lights and the ornaments on the tree. It's a very white tree. It has a hard time focusing on it because it's those LED lights. Oh, yeah, so it like freaks out a little bit. There it goes. There's the tree. It's very blue and white. It's very pretty. I love it. Wrong switch. There we go. Now you can see it in the dark. Here, get it back up. It's huge. It's seven and a half feet tall. There it is. Oh, the fireplace should be on. It'd be like the perfect Christmas tree setting. Wait, I got it. Ready, set, wait. Batteries might be backwards. You need to get more AAA batteries. We got nothing. We got nothing. Nothing. There. Now you have a tree and a fireplace, but the fireplace takes a long time to turn red. We'll have to take more video later. And there's Shelby. She's like, this is great you guys. This is great. Memphis is like, I'm gonna come check out the fireplace. Wow, it's really blue and white over there. That's pretty cool. So we wanted to show you guys this. We're in downtown Alpena and this is our local Napa Auto Parts store. It's called McDonald Auto and every year the lady that works here does these windows up. So pretty. Man, our Christmas light... When we go and look at all the Christmas lights, it's gonna look amazing with this camera. Look how pretty that is. She spends so much time on it. So pretty. I love it. I absolutely love it. It's so awesome. Very good job. Very good job. Good job Robin. Good job. What happened? You killed it. Look at Shelby. She's like, you guys, this toy exploded. I don't know what happened. What happened? What? What happened? She's like, no you guys. Oh, is that me? Geez, we run out for two minutes and you destroy a toy. Hi Oakley, I know it wasn't you.
