I was really confused, because the dogs had been getting sent a whole bunch of stuff. I got a message from another friend of mine. I'll also put his channel up in the comments. Insomniac... I never remember the number. Sixty-three or something like that. Andy Kinison is his name. It's actually a birthday gift for me that came in the PO box. So, I guess I have to open this one. Oh! Want a ribbon? She's like, I'll eat the paper. I'll eat the paper. Can I open it? It's a birthday present. It's for me. It's not for you. It's for me. Amazon does really good wrapping gifts. They do. Isn't that cool? It's a little trinket box. This is where I can store my Fitbit. Every morning when I wake up and go, Where's my ring? Where's my... Right? I know we didn't really talk about it on Christmas or yet today. We didn't really tell them what we got for each other for Christmas. Oh! Right? We kind of got to tell them that. Oh! We didn't really get each other anything for Christmas in a way. Because we're actually remodeling our entire office. Our gift to each other for Christmas is Jamie's going to drop this awesome office. We're going to go shopping. We're going to go shopping together. We're going to buy each other a bunch of stuff. We're going to redo the office. Part of the reason is, we want to start being able to like on Arcade Snow Dogs, being able to do more gaming stuff together and we want to be able to just... Right now, I sit out here and Jamie sits way back there and it's just to the point where, as silly as it is we're in the same house, but I miss sitting next to you. Do you miss sitting next to me? I do! I miss sitting next to you. We'll get some nice office chairs. We had mentioned it once before and somebody said, show us when you do it. When we start, when we get ready to actually start, which hopefully will be next week I think, we will show you, we'll vlog the entire process and what we're doing and all of that stuff, because it will be fun. It will be fun for you guys to see. I know you guys like to see Jamie build stuff. We gotta figure this out but we'll get it figured out. Look at you! Why are you so adorable? Today's my birthday and for my birthday Jamie said, he'll take me anywhere I want to go. We're actually going to go see Star Wars again, but I don't really want to go today. I want to go see it in the IMAX but I don't really want to go today, so that's one thing I get. We're going to go see Star Wars again, not you guys. Look at how cute you are! You're down at my level, you must watch Snuggles. And... We're supposed to be getting a snow storm in two days and if we don't get any snow here, half the rest of the state is supposed to be getting it too, so hopefully there will be snow somewhere, so we will take you guys to see snow when we get it, if we get it, or if the rest of the state gets it. That's the plan. They're all being so cute! Why are they all being so cute? It's a lazy day! Squeaker! She's like, I just want to see what's in this box. All the stuff in the boxes is for me, right? Not everything is for you. Sorry babe! Sorry! It's really not! She's like, are you sure there's nothing in here for me? I think you got enough stuff in the past few days. For real! No snow! We're supposed to be getting that crazy wind again. Gale force wind. We'll see. We're gonna go for an R.I.D.E. in a little bit though. Go cruise! They're so cute! What's wrong Memphis? I did Shelby's nails too, but not Oakley! We let the vet do that! We decided to go out for a R.I.D.E. A couple of days ago, we had a really bad wind storm that came through here. I don't remember if I filmed any of it. Yeah, we're supposed to be getting another one tonight. But we had a really bad wind storm and it was right before Christmas and it knocked out. We had our power was out for a couple of hours. Christmas Eve. Yeah, I think I did talk about it because my mom and dad lost their water pump went out because their power went out. When the power came back on, the pump didn't come back on. Well anyway, it's now... It's my birthday so it's two days after Christmas and there are still people all over without power. And we were just coming down some back roads just for a ride and there's a gas station here and I'm thinking, oh good, we can stop at the gas station. This gas station has no power and look, there's all the power truck guys. They're out here working. Trying to get power restored to all these poor people out here. So this gas station has been out since Christmas Eve. Subway, the gas station, they've been out since Christmas Eve. The house over there doesn't have power. The light right there doesn't have power. I didn't even notice the light. Oh wow. So apparently, Curran, is that where we are? Curran, Michigan still doesn't have power. Middle of Michigan. So no power here. There's what, at least seven, eight guys? Yeah, there's a whole bunch of trucks. Trying to get some sleep. They've been working like crazy. A lot of them worked Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. We had some good friends of ours that actually their kids opened up their gifts by flashlight because they didn't have any power. So, we're really fortunate. I mean, this is probably one good reason that it's not, or I guess not a good reason, but yeah, a reason to be happy that there's no snow and that it's not that cold is because people aren't, at least they aren't freezing if they have no power. Yeah, today was pretty cold. It was thirty-five. It's down to thirty-one right now. It's supposed to drop down to like twenty-six tonight. And it's supposed to snow tomorrow. We're supposed to get what would come across the middle of the U.S. I guess. Some of these people were told they won't have power back till the first week. And I was looking and they have most of the lines up here but it's gotta be between. Yeah, these people have power here. In the middle of the woods. Unless they have a generator. You know, they might. This house has power. They could have a generator because they have a shop. Yeah, cause they only have their Christmas lights on. That's pretty crazy. Wow, the whole roof of that barn is ripped off. And they're in their car and I don't think there's power. This is gonna be interesting. Right? We found a back road. Oh, I don't think we can go that way. There's a lot of trees down right there. Holy cow. I don't think you're going that way. I'm surprised you're still going this way. Me too. I thought there'd be a lot more trees across the road. There's definitely some trees down. I think somebody's been through here though. Yeah. Some downed trees. Oh yeah, somebody's been through here. There's a bunch of trees off the road already. We don't know where we're going. We're just going this way. Yeah. See the map? We're following old state roads. We're going that way. Looking for wildlife. See if we see anything cool. We saw an eagle, but I had this camera and I couldn't zip in on him. Yeah, he was way far away. Wow, look at all these trees down right here. He was a big eagle though. I told Jessica, I'm like, it's crazy to see a turkey fly. Trees are kind of narrow. I don't even have my GoPro. Yeah, look at all these downed limbs and trees. I can tell they were all thrown off to the side. Yeah. Yeah, somebody came through and cleared this up. Too bad there's not snow. This would be much prettier if there was snow. I'm just saying. Hole! Dunk, dunk, dunk. We found a downed tree. We're in my Jeep, not your Jeep. I don't know. I think it's going to have to move because I don't think I can drive around it. No, I don't think you can either. I was just looking at the same thing. We found out a big scratchy scratch. Let's get out and assess the situation. Gonna move a tree for us, hun? Yeah. Gee, I wonder why that one fell down. Hey, that was rude. This tree back here just dropped a tree on my Jeep. Good job, muscles. Here we go. Can he do it? Not if I stand on it. Do you want some help? Yeah, I think it's gonna break on me. Yeah, it's pretty brittle. Yay! And the road is clear. Sort of. Oh, and it's getting windy. Yeah, we're supposed to be getting those gale force winds sometime tonight, so maybe we shouldn't be back here. Woohoo! Tree number two! Apparently, nobody's gone this way yet. We're actually... If you look at this little map here... Let's see if I can get it to focus on the map. Look on the little map here. This road should take us right here. So we should be off of it soon. Hopefully we won't run into too many trees. What? What? What do you have to say? What? Oakley? Yeah? Were we gone too long? We were only gone for like three hours! Are you hungry? Oakley? Now you get dinner! We're getting dinner too! What are we making? Nachos! Nachos! I'm gonna feed you guys, so we can start that. Mmmmm! Nachos! So easy to do! Just need beans and burger and cheese and salsa. Sometimes we use rice. Sometimes we use lettuce. Not always. Put it all in a bowl and microwave it. The only thing you really have to cook is the burger. Microwave it until it melts and then eat it with chips. That's how we do it anyway, cause we cheat. Nachos for birthday dinner! We have to go to mom's for tacos sometime this week too. That's probably what made me want this. Cause I'm like, oh yeah! Tacos for birthday dinner! So we get nachos! The girls just ate dinner too.
