My Dog Turned BLUE! 💙 Edible Glitter Birthday Disaster?

What a wonderful beautiful morning Pawdience! Memphis, did you get yourself stuck? Normally, I have the bedroom door shut and there you go. And Memphis will flop upside down and lean on the bedroom door and she kind of like jammed herself in the doorway and she was half upside down just now but she managed to push herself up this way. Hi! You want to make a birthday cake today? I think that's the plan today is to make you a birthday cake even though it's after your birthday. But as we discussed Memphis is getting a whole stinking birthday month. Hello! How are you? What? We do get woos! Yeah, yeah, okay, I guess we're going this way. What happened Memphis? It's so windy! Like guys I had to sit down the wind was gonna knock at me over. Blowing us away. Look, she's like I'm gonna sleep right here. Jamie and I are outside the yard for a little bit hanging out on the swing. He's burning some of the sticks from the ice storm. Sticks and leaves trying to get some of that out of the yard. It's supposed to be like 57 degrees today. We will take it. Are you gonna lay down right there Memphis? Say I'm thinking about it. Look, you can see the wind blowing up the back of her neck. She's like, maybe maybe we should go inside. It's super windy out. We will, we'll go make you a cake. So most of you guys know if you watch both channels that uh, we have everything ready for the cake. Everything is mixed together right here. But we don't even have the oven turned on because if we turn the oven on before we start these videos, she freaks out and doesn't have a good time. So we have to mix everything. Now I have to preheat the oven. Now I have to do all the stuff. It's always a task. Yep, you can go. She's like no thanks dad. You touched the gate. I'm out. Eleanor. Eleanor. Hi, come on. I'm still waiting in the oven to preheat because I can't preheat the oven when you're in here. So it's still preheating. It's the only downfall to Kira being afraid of the oven. But look, she's in here now because she knows there's food. She says I ain't no fool guys. I ain't no fool. You're just watching wherever I need the spatula in my hand. Happy birthday, birthday girl. Huh? Happy birthday, birthday girl. Yeah. No, I know. I know it's a couple of days after your birthday. But as I said, you're getting a whole stinking birthday month because I said so. You only turned 13 years old one time. We gotta have a whole birthday month. You're a teenager. You're a teenager. It's crazy. It's so crazy to think about. That's, that's so crazy. Speaking of Memphis being a teenager, how many of you have been here since Memphis was a puppy? Of all the dogs. Of all of them. Of all six. Memphis has been on the channel the longest because we got her. We brought her home at what, eight or nine weeks old? Yeah, I know. Did you sneeze? And yeah, so we've actually... Oakley was the oldest, but we only had her for six years. And then, you know, Shiloh. Well, Shiloh was 11 when she passed away. Shelby was 12 when she passed away. But we didn't start YouTube until they were older. You guys have actually watched Memphis grow up from a puppy. So, so crazy to think about. Okay, I gotta get these. I gotta get these in the oven. Yeah, I gotta, I gotta get them in the oven. We did it, hun. We managed to mix all the ingredients together before Memphis laid down. That was pretty good. I was rushing. I don't know if you could tell that I was really trying to get it done. I mean a little bit, but I was kind of pushing too. She was. What do you think miss girl? She's like, can I just stay right here? Cuz maybe, maybe I would just like to stay right here. Look, we brought Memphis's birthday balloons in here to make it more festive for her birthday. That was take one. Actually, that was backup cake and then this was the actual cake. It turned out so cute, but there is edible glitter on it, which is what's making it look shiny. But apparently you can see that's what it is right here. This. But that's the best kind of glitter because this kind you can put in your mouth and it's not gonna hurt you. Yeah, dad helped and I'm super happy with how it turned out. What do you think? She's like, I think you should give me a bite and stop making like you're not gonna give me anything. So Memphis, I cut hers up into little pieces because she will swallow it all in one bite. I can't believe you're letting the birthday hat stay on while you eat the cake. Was that a win? And yes, I also put it on their mat because the blue gets on everything. Can your sisters try a bite now? She's like, I gotta clean this plate. Okay, it's your 13th birthday. Yum, yum, yum, yum. Look it! Almost all of it landed on the mat. Well, minus that one little nibble that she already cleaned up. Is that good stuff? Yeah, it's good stuff. It's a birthday cake. Everything is melting. So the first snow clip that you guys saw is at like seven o'clock this morning and clearly it's already pretty rapidly melting. I didn't think it would stay around long. We did get about two inches of snow last night though, which is pretty good, but you can see it's already off of all the trees. Squirrel friends over there. Melting off of everything. Was your birthday cake delicious Memphis? She says yeah, it was pretty good. There's still some left though. I would like more of it. You can probably have another piece of it later or tomorrow. What do you think? I know. It's so weird that we had no snow and now we have snow again. But like I said, it is definitely not sticking around. It's kind of nice out here. It says it's only gonna be like 35 today, but it's not windy or anything. So it feels kind of good out here right now. We will take it. All I did was come in here to see how long it was gonna take to make the potatoes. And you have already assumed your position. There's a ham in there. She's like, I know, there's also birthday cake left. But I know this is where the food comes from. Oh, I was talking, you thought snacks were happening. Hi. All right, there's no snacks yet. No snacks yet. Sorry. Sorry. Who's been digging these giant holes and ma'am, I'm pretty sure you took the poker stick that dad was using for the fire. That sticks not yours. I think that if there's a critter building anything in here, he's on that side. Because we pretty much made it so they can't build anything right here anymore. But they can still get in and out of there. I don't know Kira. Kira's been staring up here. I mean, I'm sure they're up there. I'm sure the squirrel... Where'd you go, Kira?
