INGREDIENTS 🔻: (20 cm mold)
3 whole eggs
pinch of salt
200 g of sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract or Vanillin
160 ml Seed oil
250 ml of milk
lemon zest
orange zest
380 g of 00 flour
16 g baking powder
🍭
2 tablespoons of butter
50 g of almond flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
🍭
Sugar granules
Almonds

🌡️ in the oven at 180 C° Static, 175 C° Fan for approximately 35-40 minutes.
