Hello and welcome to the channel!
2 eggs.
1 pinch of salt.
120 g sugar (113 g).
60 g butter (51 g).
Melt the butter over a steamer or in the microwave.
Cutting the butter into pieces is helpful.
120 g Greek yogurt (about 3 tablespoons).
270 g flour (250 g).
7 g baking powder (7 g).
Grate the peel of a lemon.
I always use a fine grater to grate the lemon peel.
This is because the yellow part has the most intense aroma.
I learned this on a trip to the Naples area, where they specialize in lemon cultivation.
2 apples.
Juice of half a lemon.
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar (approx. 60 g)
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
