Ingredients
✅ The Cake
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar (100 g)
1/2 cup melted butter (100 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (8 g)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil (45 ml)
2 2/3 cups flour (375 g)
1 teaspoon baking powder (8 g)

✅ The Cream
2 cups milk (400 ml)
2-3 tablespoons sugar (50 g)
3 tablespoons cornstarch (50 g)
Vanilla extract

2-3 apples
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon apricot jam

Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 40-45 minutes
