Today, I'm sharing quick and refreshing meal ideas, perfect for both breakfast and dinner. Even though autumn has officially arrived, the weather is still quite hot, so light and easy-to-make dishes are still a great choice. During the hot days, I especially love using a steamer to cook — no need for high heat or heavy stir-frying, making the process much easier!
天我打算分享一个上班族的早晚餐,虽然立秋了,但天气还是好热,还是适合做一些清爽快手的菜,夏天我特别喜欢用蒸锅来做,不用开大火炒菜真的会轻松不少!
Ingredients/食材:
小米冬瓜 250g Winter melon
赤松茸 6朵 Six Chichitake mushrooms
胡萝卜 半根 Half carrot
龙口粉丝 半卷 Longkou vermicelli half roll
油豆腐(二面黄)80g Fried tofu
姜末 5g Minced ginger
馄饨皮 40张 40 pieces Wonton wrappers
调味料/Seasonings:
岩盐 1/2小勺 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
胡椒粉 1/2小勺 1/2 Tsp Grounded Pepper
十三香 1/4 小勺 1/4 Tsp Chinese 13 spices powder
香油 2小勺 2 tsp Sesame oil
蘸水/Dipping Sauce:
油辣椒 1小勺 1 tsp Chili oil
香醋 1大勺 1 tbsp Black vinegar
生抽 2小勺 2 tsp Light soy sauce
岩盐 1/2小勺 1/2 tsp Rock salt
香菜 1大勺 1 tbsp Cilantro
