炒饭食材/Ingredients for Fried Rice:
辣白菜 60g Kimchi 60g
杏鲍菇 100g King oyster mushroom 100g
卷心菜 100g Cabbage 100g
海苔香松 一大匙 1Tbsp seaweed rice seasoning
素蟹黄豆腐/ Vegan Tomalley Tofu:
嫩豆腐 350g Soft tofu
金针菇 50g Enoki Mushroom
大葱 40g Green onion
胡萝卜 40g Carrot
生姜 3g Ginger
调味料/Seasoning:
姜黄粉 ½小匙(上色用) 1/2 Tsp turmeric powder(for coloring)
营养酵母 一大匙(也可以用素蚝油代替)1Tbsp Nutritional Yeast (Use Vegetarian Oyster sauce if unable to get nutritional yeast )
生抽 一大匙 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
海盐 适量 Salt to taste
蔬菜高汤 400ml Vegetable Stock 400ml
水淀粉 适量 some Starch slurry
