番茄和罗勒一直都是天生一对的组合,烤干的小番茄鲜甜味会变得更加明显,搭配罗勒制作成的酱真的非常美味,我用它来制作了花环面包,成品外脆里软口感也很有层次。
Tomato and basil have always been a good combination. The roasted small tomatoes will taste sweeter. The basil and tomato based sauce is really delicious. I use it to make garland bread. It is crispy on the both the outside and soft inside.

番茄酱部分/Tomato sauce :
小番茄 350g Small tomato 350g
甜罗勒 120g Sweet basil 120g
橄榄油120g 120g Olive oil
大蒜 四瓣 4 Cloves of garlic
盐 一小匙 1Tsp salt
营养酵母 一大匙 1 Tbsp of nutritional yeast

面包部分/Bread:
高筋面粉 250g Bread flour
全麦面粉 100g Whole wheat flour
酵母 2.5g Yeast
温水 230g(不超过35度) Lukewarm water 350g (no higher than 35 degree Celsius)
赤砂糖 15g Brown sugar
盐 4g Salt
白芝麻 一大匙 1Tbsp sesame

TIPS:
1.需要注意不同品牌的面粉可能吸水会有差异,应根据情况做改变。
2番茄酱并没有用完,只用了三分之一的样子,剩下的可以放意面里增加风味,或者当做三明治抹酱。

1. It should be noted that different brands of flour may have differences in water absorption, which should be adjusted accordingly.
2. I only used one-third of the tomato sauce here, and the rest can be added to the pasta to increase the flavor or used as a sandwich spread.
