Autumn is the season for lotus root, so I started to try various ways to cook it.This time, I used teriyaki method to cook lotus root. It's sweet and soft inside, but crispy outside. It is really simple and delicious. You must try it!

入秋了正是莲藕大量上市的时候,爱吃藕的我便开始尝试各种吃法,秋天吃藕能够养阴生津,健脾养胃,除了常做的藕夹还有我喜欢的藕饼,这次将藕饼用照烧的形式制作,成品软糯鲜甜,外皮酥脆真的简单又好吃,一定要试一试!

Ingredients/材料:

莲藕 350g Lotus Roots
卷心菜 1片 One Piece of Cabbage
面粉 3大匙 3 Tbsp Flour
淀粉 1大匙 1 Tbsp Starch
海盐和黑胡椒 适量 Salt and Black Pepper
五香粉 ¼小匙 1/4 Tsp Five Spice Powder

📒调味汁/Seasonings:

红糖 1.5大匙 1.5 Tbsp Brown Sugar
生抽 1大匙 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
香醋 1小匙 1 Tsp Black Vinegar
番茄酱 1大匙 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
姜泥 ½小匙 1/2 Tsp Ginger Puree
淀粉 ½小匙 1/2Tsp Starch
苹果 ¼个 1/4 Apple

📒其他食材/Other ingredients:

海苔 1片 1 Piece Seaweed
焯水西蓝花 适量 Broccoli (Boiled)
卷心菜丝 适量 Shredded Cabbage
小番茄 1个 1 Small Tomato
