Most store-bought potato salad comes with a lot of mayonnaise. Today, I will share a vegetarian oil-free method. I used almond yogurt to replace mayonnaise. They taste not only very similar, but also a healthier choice.
土豆沙拉是不错的选择,但常规做法会加入大量美乃滋导致它就是热量炸弹,今天分享用素食无油的做法制作,用之前做的杏仁酸奶代替一样非常好吃,最主要无油无添加真的很健康了。

📒土豆泥沙拉/Potato Salad:
土豆2个 2 Potatoes
毛豆1/4杯 1/4 Cup Edamame
胡萝卜 50g Carrot
黄瓜 半根 Half Cucumber
玉米 半根 Half Corn

📒调味料/Seasoning:
无糖杏仁酸奶 3大匙 3 Tbsp Almond Yogut

盐和黑胡椒 适量 Salt and Pepper
米醋 一小匙 1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
枫糖浆 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Maple Syrup

📒凉拌秋葵/Okra Salad:
秋葵 200g Okar
姜泥 5g Ginger Puree
生抽 1大匙 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
赤砂糖 1/2小匙 1/2 Brown Sugar
香油 1小匙 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
水 一大匙 1 Tbsp Water
小米辣 1个 1 Tabasco Pepper
