Hummus is one of my favorite food. This time I added avocado to add an extra layer on the flavor. I like to use it as spread to make sandwiches. It is healthy and delicious.
鹰嘴豆泥可以说是我很喜欢的食物了,这次在里面加入了牛油果口感更加浓郁了,我喜欢用它当作抹酱制作三明治,健康又好吃,优质蛋白质和天然脂肪都能在一顿早餐中得到满足.

Ingredients/材料:

鹰嘴豆泥/Hummus:
熟鹰嘴豆 2杯 2 Cups Cooked Chickpeas
橄榄油 1大匙 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
柠檬汁 1大匙 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
盐和黑胡椒 适量 Salt and Pepper
孜然粉 ½小匙 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
辣椒粉 ½小匙 1/2 Tsp Paprika
甜菜根 30g Beets
牛油果 ¼个 1/4 Avocado
芝麻酱 1大匙 1 Tbsp Sesame Paste (or Tahini)

其它食材/Other Ingredients:
任意面包或土司 Any Bread or Toast
胡萝卜 Carrot
俄式酸黄瓜 Pickle
生菜 Lettuce
夏南瓜 Zuchini
蘑菇 Mushroom
牛油果 Avocade
