牛腩 1 公斤
西红柿 2~3 个
胡萝卜 1~2 根
土豆 1~2 个
洋葱 半个
蒜瓣 8~10 粒
淀粉 1 大匙
面粉 1 大匙

花椒 1小匙
小米辣 2 个
黄姜粉 5 克
辣椒粉 10 克
咖哩粉 15 克
香叶 3片
水 500~800毫升
椰浆 30毫升(约2汤匙)

做法
1. 牛腩洗清切块,2次洗清淋干水分,加一大匙淀粉和面粉,抓匀
2. 锅中加一大匙油,加1小匙花椒,炸香后,倒入牛腩块,煸炒至微黄,盛出
3. 西红柿切小丁块,油中煸炒出汁,倒入洋葱蒜粒碎炒香,加小米辣、黄姜粉、咖哩粉、盐、糖、香叶,以及500毫升的水
4. 倒入牛腩块,翻拌均匀后,中小火炖煮1小时
5. 加土豆、胡萝卜块,并加了3小勺的印度咖喱油酱和椰浆,继续中小火炖煮30分钟,即可出锅

Cooking Steps
