啤酒青口,鲜肥肉嫩,用料简单,轻松易做。Costco真空包装的青口2盒5磅,鲜活美味,个头齐整,适合各种烧法。用啤酒烹饪,更是价廉物美,
食材:青口2.5磅,西芹3~4根,啤酒一罐350毫升,30克黄油,20克食用油
制作方法:
1- 热锅先加食用油,油热后加黄油
2- 加入西芹煸炒30秒左右
3- 加入啤酒和青口
4- 翻炒后加入少许盐 (也可以不加)
5- 盖盖大火焖煮1分钟,如火候不够可以适当增加焖煮的时间
6- 若大部分青口都开壳了,即可盛出即食。
Ingredients:
Mussels 2.5lb, celery 3~4 pieces, beer 350 ml, butter 30g, Oil 20g
Cooking Steps:
1- Add cooking oil to the hot pot first, then add butter after the oil is hot
2- Add celery and stir fry for about 30 seconds
3- Add beer and mussels
4- After stir-frying, add a little salt
5- Cover and simmer on high heat for 1 minute, if the heat is not enough, you can increase the simmering time appropriately
6- If most of the mussels are opened, they can be served and eaten.
